Pennbrook Apartments has received several inquires from students asking if we can execute leases starting in either the spring or fall semester because of study abroad programs. Pennbrook will only execute 1 year leases, but we have created this message board so that you can connect with other students who will be studying abroad and need someone to split the year with. The management is more then willing to work with you and find a solution for your situation.
